When is drinking wine out of a paper bag okay? When it’s a blind wine tasting, of course!
What is this event all about?
Three wine societies, the British Columbia Wine Appreciation Society, the Vancouver American Wine Society, and the Australian Wine Appreciation Society, are hosting a red blend comparison tasting, and you are invited! Taste all twelve, and see whether your favourite reds are from Australia, the United States, or our own lovely province.
How will this work?
Each Society will choose four red blends that represent the terroir and style of their region. Each wine is priced up to $50 here in BC, and each wine is currently available. This will be a blind tasting – you won’t know which is which until after you vote for your favourites, and then all will be revealed!

Date: Tuesday, March 26, 2013
Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm
Place: Listel Hotel on Robson
Cost: $50 (Members only)
Space is very limited – only 22 seats per Society - so sign up now!
